About the Owner

Owner/ Chocolatier Nicole Patel

Nicole Patel graduated from Texas A&M with an engineering degree.  She worked at her corporate engineering job for about 10 years.  One year at Christmas time her husband forgot to get holiday gifts for coworkers and friends.  Pregnant with their second child, instead of going shopping she decided to make everyone chocolate truffles.  Everyone loved them, and making truffles became her stress relief from work.  She is now going on her 10th year owner Delysia Chocolatier, has been named Grand Master Chocolatier 4 years in a row, and Delysia has been named top 10 chocolatiers in America.
